Please note, if you want to book just one therapist then the booking system can be used. However, If you want to book multiple therapists or multiple time slots, please call. All corporate enquiries and event enquiries are also advised to contact us via the phone for a more detailed quote and to book. Consequently, it will be an easier process for you and us to arrange more complicated appointment slots.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT
Please note, there may be a small additional fee should the appointment be outside a 20 mile radius of the therapists physical location but you will be advised of this at the time of booking.
During the appointment:
The therapist will conduct a quick 5-10 minute consultation if you are a new customer. Furthermore, they will bring their therapy couch, towels, oils and any other equipment they need. However, should you want to use your own towels, you can.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before the treatment time, the full amount of the treatment will be required. Furthermore, no refunds will be offered unless specifically agreed by a member of our management team. There is a standard cancellation fee of £15, this will be deducted from any refund amount owed. For example, if you paid £50 for a treatment, you will receive £35 back to your card.
Missed Appointments:
Please note if you miss your appointment, or our therapist attends your property and you are not in, then we reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost automatically to the card used to reserve your booking if only the deposit was taken. Or if specifically agreed with a member of our management team a fee of £15 for petrol and travel expenses. This will be subject to certain conditions and will be up to the management team’s discretion.
