LiveWell Health is based in Birmingham, West Midlands. We provide a Clinic Location in Sutton Coldfield and operate a mobile / home visit practice across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Within our practice we provide a range of services such as Soft Tissue Therapy, Sports & Remedial Massage, Physiotherapy and Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation to name just a few. Our services are offered as part of a combined treatment plan to help sports and non sports people a like not to rehabilitate injuries but to deal with general aches and pains and keep you going through your day to day life or sporting preference.

Our therapists hold the highest level 5 qualification in the industry which means we use various techniques on top of massage such as STR’s, MET’s and Myofascial Release to name just a few.
Remedial Massage is focused more on non sports people that have specific aches and pains in areas such as Neck, Back, Hip etc. Whether you are suffering with a new or a chronic condition our fully qualified therapists will conduct a number of special tests to find your problem area(s) and then design a treatment plan for you.
Many people don’t realise but our bodies are an interconnected network of connective tissue spanning from head to toe. With this in mind our Myofascial release treatment works wonders integrated within a massage treatment to make sure we are working all your affected areas.

Our Level 5 Sports Physio Therapists are the highest qualified in the country and as such have been trained to provide the most up to date and modern techniques when it comes to rehab. Our team will design a specific strategy of rehab complete with exercise, sports massage, muscle manipulation and stretching.

Dry Needling or Acupuncture has been around for a long time and is great for treating myofascial pain by inserting a dry needle into a muscle directly affecting the trigger point or area of pain. Soft Tissue Therapy is a combination of Massage, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Neuromuscular Therapy, Positional Release and Myofascial Release as well as many more treatments.
