Baby Massage and Reflexology Experience
Reflexage is reflexology and massage combined, to provide a highly inclusive and beneficial experience for the new mothers / fathers out there and their babies.
It is open to anyone, and it will be a chance to bond with your new born, whilst leaning valuble techniques to help with certain issues such as Comfort and Sleep, Digestion (Colic, Reflux & Constipation) and Teething and Colds.
The course is broken down into 6 sessions each lasting around 45 minutes (1 a week) and each is focused on teaching the parent particular massage and reflexology techniques. The parent will learn whilst treating their own baby and at the end of the course you will get a keep sake and certificate to remember your experience together.
We welcome parents and babies from across the Midlands and Staffordshire in areas such as Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Cannock and Burntwood to name just a few.
Our team are also full members of the Association of Reflexologists.
I have just finished the first course LiveWell and the girls launched. I was a little confused as to what I was going to get from the course but I am so glad I signed up. 6 really lovely weeks just me and buster. I learnt some techniques on reflux and it really seems to help!

What is the Baby Reflexage course?
This course is baby massage and reflexology combined. It is a highly inclusive experience for new mothers / fathers and their new born babies.
It costs only £75 for the 6 week course where our practitioners will teach you 3 key areas of massage and reflexology broken down into 2 weekly segments.
Week 1 and 2 is Comfort and Sleep
Week 3 and 4 is Digestion (Colic, Reflux and Constipation)
Week 5 and 6 is Teething and Colds
As you can see, these areas are invaluable to help your baby grown without too many tears!
