Women’s Health reflexology is a hugely popular service that we offer. Our clinical level 5 practitioners understand and have worked with many women on a number of issues. Reflexology can really help to provide relief from issues around stress, anxiety, PMS, painful or irregular periods and much more. Our team have also helped women suffering with issues around endometriosis, PCOS and menopause. There are a range of issues that we can help with so if you need to speak to one of our team, we are here to listen and hopefully help.
We operate across the Midlands and Staffordshire covering areas such as Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield, Tamworth, Rugeley, Cannock and Burntwood to name just a few.
Our team are also full members of the Association of Reflexologists.
I have been suffering with endometriosis for some time now and various things like going to the toilet and pain have been an issue. Since seeing the ladies at livewell I feel the reflexology has helped significantly. The issues are obviously still there but it’s so much more livable now.
I used to suffer with painful periods for a long time and nothing seemed to help, in some cases it would knock me off my feet and stop me from going into work. Reflexology helps me so much and I can only thnk the team at livewell for what they do for me. They really are great at their jobs!

What to know about your appointment…
During the appointment: The therapist will conduct a quick 5-10 minute consultation if you are a new customer. Afterward, they will bring their therapy couch/chair, towels, oils, and any other equipment they need. Also, if you want to use your own towel, then you can.
Please note, there may be a small additional fee should the appointment be outside a 20-mile radius of the therapist’s physical location but you will be advised of this at the time of booking.
Cancellations: Conversely, if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before the treatment time, the full amount of the treatment will be required. No refunds will be offered unless specifically agreed by a member of our management team.
Missed Appointments: Furthermore, if you miss your appointment, or our therapist attends your property and you are not in, then we reserve the right to charge the full treatment cost. At the very least, the deposit amount of £15 will be taken regardless of the reason for not having your appointment, for petrol and travel expenses. It will be subject to certain conditions and will be up to the management team’s discretion accordingly.
