Valentina is qualified in Sports Therapist and Rehabilitation and provides sports massage in Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester and the West Midlands.
Qualifications: Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy (Dip SMRT BTEC Level 5)
History: Having been fascinated by biology, physics and the workings of human body through school and further education I started my journey into holistic therapy in 2007 as a Nutritional Advisor. After a few years I decided to broaden my skills set to include manual therapy and in 2014 commenced studying at NLSSM, one of the top UK Sports Therapy colleges. After qualifying I worked as a Sports Therapist in a multidisciplinary clinic, which allowed me to gain experience in treating a variety of sports and occupational related injuries. I progressed to specialise in treating runners, working as a supervising therapist at some of the major London running events. Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with athletes who compete in a wide range of disciplines; I feel that being a part of their journey as they reach out to achieve goals big and small is one of the most rewarding experiences to be involved in.
Katie is a qualified Sports Therapist offering Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and provides sports massage in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Qualifications: Bsc (Hons) Sports Therapy
History: I have always been interested in Sport since a young age and always knew I wanted to peruse a career in this field. After leaving school I studied for three years at university and completed a sports therapy degree. One of the reasons why I was really interested in this role is because I love helping people. It is really important to me that I provide the best massage techniques to aid clients to return to daily life or sports with reduced pain. I really enjoy going to the gym in my spare time to keep fit and healthy. I also love walking in the park with family and friends regularly.
Callum is a qualified Sports Therapist offering Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and provides sports massage in Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Qualifications: Bsc (Hons) Sports Therapy
History: My interest began in sports therapy when I saw it as a chance to stay involved with sport and to help people that have suffered from injuries on their road to recovery. My first experience began when I completed a sports massage module at college, and this allowed me to gain an understanding of one of the key skills required to be a successful sports therapist. Since then I began to look at completing a sports therapy degree and whilst at Staffordshire University, I was able to gain experience in the university Sports Therapy Clinic and at an external placement at Nantwich Town. In my spare time I regularly play football and go to the gym to keep myself fit and active
