Their practitioners were trained in advanced techniques including medical acupuncture, osteopathy, taping and strapping, alongside a range of other treatment and rehabilitation methods.
LiveWell also went far beyond simply setting up a traditional physiotherapy and injury assessment area. They brought their mobile recovery service with them, giving both players and our medical team access to Normatec compression boots, vibrating trigger-point balls and foam rollers, massage guns, a dedicated stretch and recovery area, TENS, ultrasound and a wide range of additional recovery equipment.
The feedback from both the players and our medical team was outstanding, and we could not speak highly enough of the service provided. We have already requested LiveWell and their team for future events, and the organisers are also considering a five-year agreement that would see LiveWell travel with us to events around the world.
