- All concerns are handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and in line with legal obligations.
- Whistleblowing:
- We maintain a culture where individuals feel safe to raise concerns about unethical or unsafe practices without fear of reprisal.

- We work closely with local authorities, safeguarding boards, and other relevant organisations to ensure effective safeguarding measures are in place.
Recognising Abuse
We are vigilant in identifying signs of abuse, including but not limited to:

- Sexual abuse
- Neglect or acts of omission
- Financial or material abuse
Responding to Concerns
If a safeguarding concern is raised:
- Immediate Action:
- Ensure the individual is safe and secure.
- Record and Report:
- Document the concern accurately and report it to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL) or relevant authority.
- Follow Up:
- Work with appropriate agencies to address and resolve the concern.
