The vast majority of our sports therapists then go on to do a further 1 or 2 years taking their soft tissue specialisms to levels 4 and 5 meaning they are in the best place to help you with your injuries or to help you maintain your sport injury free. I had a few sessions with Steve about 5 months ago after a slight ligament tear in my ankle, and just had a check up today to make sure my rehab was all ok. He is a genuine miracle worker and during each of his 30 minute tissue massage sessions he seems to provide a great service as well as making me feel a different person! I would definitely recommend Steve with confidence !! I was diagnosed with sciatica, I persistently told the doctors I had a fall and the pain was in my knee, but this was just overlooked. Having my massage with Steve, he eased my sciatica pain and I felt great except for my knee pain. Steve checked it out, said there was a problem with my knee and had nothing to do with the sciatic pain, consequently back to A & E had Xray on my knee, going back on Thursday to the knee clinic, hopefully have a scan as they said it was a soft tissue injury, Success, thanks to Steve for highlighting the problem.

I weight train / run quite a bit and often suffer with pain in my right knee due to tightness in my IT band. The difference already is amazing! This session I opted for an hour of deep tissue therapy followed by an hours relaxing massage and it was absolutely spot on! Just what the Doctor ordered. Highly recommend.
