Sports Massage / Sports Therapy
Advanced Soft Tissue Specialists:
When it comes to booking our mobile recovery unit for your event then expect nothing other than the very best and highest qualified specialists. Our team of soft tissue specialists have worked within elite sports for a minimum of 5 years and as such are all level 5 sports therapists. With that they carry a 3 year university degree in sports therapy in order to deal no just with the hands on massage therapy but also any sports related injuries, taping and strapping as well as dealing with on site trauma care. With over 100 specialists on hand, we have worked on small or large events of every size!
Physiotherapy / Injury Asssessment
Senior Elite Level Physiotherapists:
Our team of physiotherapists are some of the best in the business. All of which have had some level of elite sporting background, whether working in football, rugby, cricket or team gb. With this wealth of knowledge and with a large team of up to 30 physiotherapists, we can work within and for any small or large scale event

Ice Plunge Pods
Need a cold plunge, we have you covered!
A cold plunge after a heavy workout or event may not look that enticing but from a recovery point of view, it really does start the ball rolling. We can have up to 6 ice pods on station at any one time within our recovery hub and in some cases if the requirement allows we can field up to 10 ice plunge pods!
Hot Steam Saunas
Hot Steam Sauna anyone?
If you have just been running our in rivers, muddy fields or even if you have just been in our ice plunge pods, then a hot steam sauna will be a welcome change. At temperatures close to 50 degrees, you will come out warmed up and fully relaxed. With more than 10 Hot Steam Saunas available within our recovery hub, we have you covered!
HyperVolt 2 Pro Muscle Gun Station
Cutting edge muscle gun therapy:
Sometimes when you just need a gentle muscle stimulation before an event or if you arent quite ready for a sports massage, then the muscle guns are a great option. Being a little more gentle and with the control at your finger tips these are a very welcome and popular tool in the recovery hub arsenal! With 20 of these guns available and each having hot and cold therapy thumpers, what more could you want from a muscle gun?
Hyperice Stretch and Recover Zone
Dedicated area for gentle stretching and an area for recovery:
Sometimes, when you are totally exhausted, you just need a dedicated matted area where you can relax and utilise some of the recovery tools we have on offer. We have stretch bands, vibrating trigger balls and vibrating foam rollers on a soft matted area that covers around 10ft by 10ft.

Price list for the Recovery Hub hire
We have two types of hire. Full Package and Essential Package. The Full Package is just that, full Recovery hub set up with up to 4 products on up to 6 stations with 4 sports massage therapists also on site providing treatments.
The Essential Package is a slimmed down verion of this with no sports massage therapists on site and only the recovery products being set up and in operation.
The prices below should be used mainly as a guide, and if you require more specific pricing or have an event that requires us on site over multiple days, we can discuss a bespoke quote that may include discounts for multi-day hire.

Our essential package is for event's where budget may be more strict. In our essential package, we set up the recovery kit only without any sports massage therapists providing hands on treatments. There will be at least 2 members of staff on hand but that is only to manage the equipment.

Full Package Pricing
If you require our services for an event that may not be for the entire day, then we have our half day service. This is 4 hours on site.
This includes full recovery hub set up ( up to 6 stations ) and 4 recovery specialists providing sports massage and a team managing the equipment.
If you require our services for an event for the full day or over 4 hours then this is the option for you. This gives up to 8 hours on site.
