Had my first session with Josh today one of what I feel will be a long journey as I have a lot of years to reverse but my first session was brilliant, I felt listened to finally and he explained everything in a way I can understand, so I’m looking forward to continuing this journey

Lisa was absolutely brilliant, from the very first minute she knew where my pain was and explained what the causes were and how to rectify them. Explained about all the different muscle groups which was also helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my session and will definitely be booking with Lisa again.

Great sports massage and dry needling session to relieve pain from tight muscles following several tennis matches. Friendly service and advice on aftercare, etc. I will definitely book in for regular sessions during the tennis season.
