CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations:

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your confirmed appointment time, you will receive a partial refund if you have paid in full, this will be minus a £15 charge, which covers our cost for administering and taking your booking. If you have only paid a deposit for your appointment, we will retain this as part of your cancellation fee.

Please note, if you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs before the treatment time, the full amount of the treatment will be required and no refunds will be offered unless specifically agreed by a member of our management team.

All refunds are done so at the discretion of the management team.

Missed Appointments:

Please note, if you miss your appointment, or our therapist attends your property and you are not in. You will be charged the full cost of the treatment unless specifically agreed with a member of our management team. If you have only paid the deposit, this will be retained and you will be charged the remaining fee to the card details provided automatically or if this is not possible this fee will be outstanding and chargeable should you book another appointment. This must be settled before any future appointments can be made.

Refunds:

All refunds are done so at the discretion of the management team however please note our standard cancellation fee is £15, this will be deducted on any refund amount owed. For example, if you paid £50 for a treatment, you will receive £35 back to your card.
