Lisa was absolutely brilliant, from the very first minute she knew where my pain was and explained what the causes were and how to rectify them. Great sports massage and dry needling session to relieve pain from tight muscles following several tennis matches. Friendly service and advice on aftercare, etc.  I will definitely book in for regular sessions during the tennis season.
