In May LiveWell sent a massage therapist and yoga instructor to the 7Dots offices in London and have continued this monthly.
The team really enjoy our massage and yoga team going up each month for their monthly corporate wellness and mindfullness sessions, it helps the entire team take some much needed time for themselves!
Our team thoroughly enjoy their time with the 7Dots guys and gals and can’t wait for the monthly session to come around again!
