Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Reflexologist to join our team of professionals as a self employed practitioner. This role will involve delivering high quality reflexology treatments designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and overall balance within the body. Treatments will be provided to a wide range of clients including private clients, corporate employees and event participants.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of reflexology techniques and a passion for delivering exceptional client care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and independent therapist to expand their practice and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional reflexology treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs and wellbeing goals.
- Conduct client consultations to understand health history, lifestyle factors and treatment objectives before providing treatment.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare and wellbeing professionals where appropriate to support client care.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes, providing appropriate follow up advice where necessary.
- Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean, sanitised and organised in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Manage your own schedule and bookings in line with agreed service standards.
- Provide excellent client care, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for all clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Reflexology.
- Professional indemnity insurance and up to date qualifications in line with industry standards.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology and reflexology theory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently, with access to reliable transportation.
- Experience working in corporate or event environments is advantageous but not essential.

Other Considerations:
To join our team, there are three Grade Levels, 1, 2 and 3.
Grade 1 is a full time therapist available for more than 30 hours per week.
Grade 2 is someone who works selected hours such as evenings and weekends.
Grade 3 is focused on event and corporate clients only.
Depending on your level, there are some initial costs involved:
Grade 1 , £350 per month service fee. This includes calendar access, email, workwear, full administrative support and as many clients as you can handle each week. There are no other costs or commissions payable to Livewell.
Grade 2 , £120 joining fee for your calendar, email, workwear and onboarding. There is then a £30 per month service fee for your calendar and email and you will be required to pay commissions of between 20 to 30 percent on all bookings.
Grade 3 , £80 joining fee to cover the cost of your workwear and onboarding.
