Grade 2 Practitioner Opportunities
Flexible Opportunities with the Backing of a National Brand
Grade 2 is designed for practitioners who want flexibility while still benefiting from access to Livewell’s client base, systems, support and national reputation.
This is an excellent option for professionals who may already have existing commitments such as clinic work, employed roles, university study, family life, or other professional interests, but still want to generate additional income through private, corporate and event opportunities.
Grade 2 gives you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle while still being part of one of the UK’s leading health and wellbeing providers.
How The Grade 2 Model Works
Grade 2 practitioners work with Livewell on a self-employed subcontractor basis.
This model offers far greater flexibility than Grade 1 while still providing access to our infrastructure, bookings, systems and support.
Livewell will source client opportunities, manage administration and provide access to relevant systems, while you remain in control of your availability and working schedule.
This option is ideal for practitioners who want access to quality work opportunities without the higher monthly commitment associated with our Grade 1 structure.
Should your circumstances change, there is the opportunity to progress to Grade 1 at a later stage.
Who Is Grade 2 For?
Grade 2 is ideal for:
Practitioners, whether new to the industry or experienced, have other commitments such as full time work, part time work, an already established business or where full time hours may not allow. This is ideal for someone who is looking for a few more regular clients and some corporate / event work on top. This is a great starting point for someone who doesn't want to over committ or possibly someone in education like university or college who is seeking additional income and wants flexibility of hours and work.
Earnings & Costs
Joining Fee: £150
Monthly Fee: £30
This includes:
- Livewell Calendar (Google)
- Google Workspace Account
- Access to Livewell CRM System
- Access to Livewell RehabGuru Account
- Inclusion in the Livewell Booking System
- Company "@livewellhealth.co.uk" email
- Administrative support
- Client booking infrastructure
- Documentation support / Consultation Forms etc
- Priority work allocation
- Discounted education (50% off courses)
- Discounted accounting support (50% off services)
Pay Structure
New Clients: £30 per hour (£35 for seniors)
Repeat Clients: £35 per hour (£40 for seniors)
Corporate / Event Work: up to £30 per hour
This structure offers a straightforward, flexible earning model without the higher fixed monthly costs associated with Grade 1.
Travel Expectations
Grade 1 practitioners are expected to be willing to travel up to 25 miles from their home or clinic postcode for mobile appointments.
If you are happy to travel further, this can be set within our booking/crm systems.
For travel beyond 25 miles, mileage is paid at:
45p per mile
This additional charge is passed directly to the practitioner.
In some exceptional circumstances, we may discuss flexibility for bookings just outside standard parameters.
Additional Considerations
Already have your own clinic?
That's fine. If you already operate your own treatment room or clinic, we can include this to, alongside your mobile work. If however you only work out of the clinic, that is also fine. You can do both or just one.
Expanding into new areas:
If Livewell is not currently active in your area, we are still happy to hear from you.
Where there is commercial opportunity and the right practitioner fit, we are open to expanding into new regions and investing heavily to make that location work.
