Flexible Corporate & Event Opportunities with Livewell
Grade 3 is designed for practitioners who want flexible access to corporate wellbeing work, sporting events, recovery services and occasional private opportunities without the commitment of ongoing monthly service fees.
This is an ideal option for professionals who already have full-time employment, run their own business, are in further education, or simply want occasional flexible work opportunities with one of the UK’s leading health and wellbeing providers.
Whether you are looking to support major sporting events, workplace wellbeing programmes, athlete recovery zones or occasional ad hoc opportunities, Grade 3 provides a simple and flexible route into the Livewell team.
How The Grade 3 Model Works
Grade 3 practitioners work with Livewell on a self-employed subcontractor basis.
Unlike Grades 1 and 2, this structure is designed primarily around corporate wellbeing and event opportunities, offering a flexible, low-commitment way to work with the business.
When suitable work becomes available, opportunities are offered out to the team and practitioners can register their availability and interest.
This makes Grade 3 ideal for professionals who want flexibility without the expectations or ongoing monthly commitments associated with the more client-facing domestic grades.
Should your circumstances change, there may be opportunities to progress into Grade 2 or Grade 1 in the future.
Who Is Grade 3 For?
Grade 3 is ideal for:
Practitioners with full-time jobs elsewhere, their own busy clinic or just individuals who like to take part in sporting events, festivals, corporate on site work and do not want regular domestic clients. This is also suitable for university students or recent graduates with suitable qualifications and practitioners wanting occasional supplementary income.
Earnings & Costs
Joining Fee: £100 per month
This includes:
- Initial onboarding
- Livewell Workwear
- Administrative setup
- Access to Livewell opportunities
- General contractor setup
- Account on our CRM and Booking System
Grade 3 practitioners do not pay monthly service charges unless they specifically require access to Livewell systems such as:
- Company email
- Calendar systems
- Additional operational tools
Where these are required, access can be discussed separately.
Pay Structure
Corporate / events: Up to £30 per hour
Travel Expectations
Grade 3 roles often involve corporate sites, sporting venues, public events and temporary recovery environments.
Where opportunities arise:
- Local practitioners are prioritised wherever possible
- Broader opportunities may be offered where required
- Travel support may be discussed depending on event type and location
As many Grade 3 roles are event-driven, flexibility and willingness to travel can significantly increase available opportunities.
