Our tailored corporate health checks and assessments can be as simple as a 20 minute weight, height, bmi and blood pressure check through to a more comprehensive full health assessment that includes blood testing and a deeper health analysis.
With our blood testing, we have the option taking finger prick tests / blood samples to look at issues around general health such as glucose (diabetes), Cholesterol, Vitamin levels such as Vitamin D, C, Iron, Magnesium etc. We also have tests available that can look into issues around Food Intolerances with over 200 foods and drinks tested, Allergies such as the top 24 life threatening versions that can lead to swelling and sickness etc. Finally we can look at individual profiles such as men and female hormones including menopause.
We can then take all the information collected from each employee health check, before collating it and producing a detailed medical report in PDF form that can give your employees a thorough breakdown of their health. Should you and/or the employee wish, we can then provide a 1 to 1 consultation with one of our nutritionists and personal trainers to discuss food, diet, exercise and any other lifestyle changes they can make to improve their situation.
