Wellbeing at work talk

Wellbeing at work talk

Workplace wellbeing has become an essential focus for modern organisations, with increasing levels of stress, sedentary behaviour and poor work-life balance impacting employee health and productivity. Long hours at a desk, repetitive tasks and high-pressure environments can contribute to musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, burnout and reduced mental resilience.

Our workplace wellbeing service is designed to address these challenges proactively, supporting employees both physically and mentally.  This involves confidence coaching and facillitation practice focused on building comfortable confidence. These talks help to support people in feeling steady internally so they can communicate, collaborate, and handle pressure more effectively at work and in everyday life. An embodied, inside-out approach is taken, working with both what is happening in the body and what is happening in individuals thought processes and communication, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

  • - Can be carried out with individuals, teams or whole organisations
  • - Suitable for any type of setting, including early career and frontline staff
  • - Helps support confidence
  • - Helps to improve emotional well-being in ways that strengthen perfromance
  • - Helps to improve communication

Workplace wellbeing is no longer just about physical health. Modern organisations are recognising that confidence, emotional resilience and communication presence are critical to performance, leadership and long term employee wellbeing.

Through our specialist talks and workshops delivered by ICF accredited confidence coach Gemma Cousins, we support individuals and teams in building steady, grounded confidence from the inside out. These sessions focus on helping employees regulate stress responses, navigate pressure and communicate with clarity and assurance in fast paced environments.

With a professional background spanning over 20 years in acting and facilitation, Gemma delivers interactive, practical sessions that are engaging rather than lecture based. Participants leave with tools they can apply immediately in everyday work and life.

  • Emotional regulation and understanding stress responses
  • Communication presence and speaking with clarity
  • Navigating imposter feelings and self doubt
  • Building resilience under pressure

An embodied approach is taken, working with both physiological responses and thought processes, helping employees feel steady internally so they can collaborate, lead and perform more effectively. Helps tmprove communication

Anjanette - Menopause at work

Menopause Awareness

Menopause is a part of life. 51% of the population will go through it, and 80% will experience symptoms with 44% have their ability to work affected, consequently, with 26% taking time off work . Many women find it overwhelming, struggling to understand what's going on emotionally and physically, and unsure of who to turn to. It can lead to loneliness and leave them feeling unmotivated and effect their mental and physical abilities in day to day life.

Our Menopause Awareness Talk is provided by our coach Anjanette and is designed to educate, support and empower individuals experiencing the physical and emotional changes associated with menopause. Whether you are approaching menopause, currently experiencing symptoms, or supporting someone who is, this informative session provides clear, evidence-based guidance in a safe and understanding environment.

Delivered by experienced health and wellbeing professionals, the session explores the key stages of menopause, common symptoms such as fatigue, joint pain, hot flushes, sleep disturbances and anxiety/depression, and how these can impact daily life, work performance and overall wellbeing. We focus on practical strategies to help manage symptoms, including the role of exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management and lifestyle adjustments providing support to women when they need it most.

Ideal for workplaces, community groups or private events, this session encourages open conversation and provides tools to help individuals to feel more confident, informed and in control of their health.

Menopause workshop for managers

Supporting employees through the menopause requires a thoughtful, informed approach built on sensitivity, understanding, and emotional intelligence. For managers, this means being able to have open, respectful conversations that acknowledge individual experiences while maintaining professionalism and trust. By increasing awareness and confidence in this area, organisations can create a more inclusive workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.

Our training helps managers develop the skills and knowledge needed to navigate menopause-related conversations appropriately. We cover how to approach sensitive discussions, understand the wide range of symptoms that may be experienced, and communicate support options clearly. The session also explores your organisation’s menopause policy, reasonable adjustments that can be made in the workplace, how to effectively signpost employees to further support, and the legal considerations surrounding menopause. This ensures managers are equipped to respond confidently, compassionately, and in line with best practice.

Abi Edmunds Social Media Resilience

Social Media Resilience at work

Parenting no longer happens offline. Children are growing up inside algorithm-driven systems shaped by influence, persuasion, comparison culture and AI-generated content. There is no meaningful separation between “online life” and “real life” - it is simply life.
Understanding this shift is one of the first steps toward building healthier digital habits at home and sustaining focus and wellbeing at work.
We deliver specialist talks that help individuals, schools and organisations navigate technology with clarity, resilience and critical thinking.
Our sessions equip working parents to:
  • Lead calm, informed conversations about technology
  • Understand the realities of online harm without panic
  • Teach practical critical thinking skills in everyday moments
  • Build digital habits that protect attention, confidence and wellbeing
We focus on three core themes:
  • Understanding How Technology Shapes Behaviour - how algorithms, persuasive design and AI influence attention, emotion and belief.
  • Building Digital Resilience for Wellbeing - practical strategies to reduce digital stress, comparison pressure and reactivity.
  • Teaching Critical Thinking at Home - developing reasoning skills that help children question, evaluate and navigate online content confidently.
Abi Edmunds is a specialist on this subject and travels the UK giving specialist talks on this subject to organisations and schools alike. For more information and specific subject areas please get in contact with us.

Movement and Mindset services for Female Employees

Movement and Mindset

Supporting female employees in the workplace requires more than a one size approach to wellbeing. Energy levels, motivation, and capacity can fluctuate due to a range of factors including workload, lifestyle, and hormonal changes.

Our service "Movement and Mindset" is a practical, results driven programme designed to help women build sustainable habits around movement, mindset, exercise, habits and daily routines.

Through expert coaching, education, and accountability, this programme empowers employees to better understand their bodies, work with their energy, and create realistic habits that improve both personal wellbeing and workplace performance.

Movement and Mindset is designed to deliver meaningful benefits for both employees and the wider organisation by combining movement, mindset, and sustainable habit building into one practical programme. For employees, it provides the tools and support to better manage energy levels, build consistent routines, and improve focus, resilience, and overall wellbeing. For businesses, this translates into a more engaged, productive, and motivated workforce, with reduced stress related absence and stronger long term retention. By supporting women with a more personalised and realistic approach to wellbeing, organisations can create a healthier, more inclusive workplace culture that drives both individual performance and business success.
