Spinal Manipulation

Osteopathic Spinal manipulation also called spinal manipulative therapy or manual therapy, is a way of moving / mobilising joints that have, over time, locked and become stiff. Based in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham we operate a clinic based and mobile in home service across Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Working with many Premier League Football clubs, Team GB and many more Elite Sports people you can be confident you are in safe hands. However here at LiveWell Health we don’t just work with sports people, we work with the wider public to offer private health care in the form of Spinal Manipulation which joins in with a number of our other services o offer an all over health package regardless of your age, fitness level or what injuries and issues you may be dealing with.

Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation
Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham

Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation, is a way of mobilising joints that have locked and become stiff. There are various reasons why this can happen so as part of our spinal manipulation service we do a full consultation and evaluation which will involve various active, passive and resisted testing along with certain special tests to identify the root cause of your problem and to treat it effectively. Some people think that cracking the facets and vertebrae is the end goal and although this will happen during the treatment at LiveWell, we aim to provide an all-round treatment that will include dealing with the muscles, soft tissue, ligaments and tendons first. We will then look into the skeletal dysfunctions in order to give you long-lasting pain relief and rehab. The aim is not just short term pain relief but not ultimately dealing with the root cause of your problem.

Absolutely fantastic service. From the first contact to the actual massage, it was faultless. I required a deep tissue massage to help recover from daily training and Steve targeted all my problem areas and I feel brilliant. Would recommend this outstanding service to anyone.

- Rachel Mundy, Burton-on-Trent - April 2015

I have never had a massage before as I didn't really know what I thought about them. However; Steve definitely changed my point of view of them as I really enjoyed the massage and felt that it has started to help my back ache. He was completely professional and made me feel comfortable at all times. Would definitely recommend! :)

- Tanya Joesbury, Walsall - June 2014

Just had a massage from Steve after bring on holiday in Rome and walking about 50 miles. I came back last week and had awful back spasms. Steve has just been over for my first back treatment. I feel better and have booked in for more treatments ! I defiantly recommend Steve. Professional and definitely an expert in his field !! Thanks again
