Alexandra Cotterell

I am originally from South Africa and I’m extremely passionate about personal wellness. I ran my own practice in South Africa for 10 years, specializing in personal training, Pilates, and massage therapy. During this time, I was working alongside physiotherapists, bio-kinesiologists, chiropractors and dieticians to ensure my clients received the best treatment available. I am a firm believer in massage being a great alternative to over the counter pharmaceuticals for mild pain management, and enjoy making use of massage tools such as scraping and cupping, which I know gives fantastic results to the massage. One of my greatest passions is Gojuryu Karate, I have been training for 29 years, and hold my third Dan Black Belt, Kobudo which I hold a brown belt, and have recently taken up golf as a hobby.
