Haotian Zhang, also known as Tyrion, graduated from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Sports Science. He holds a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification and is skilled in a wide range of techniques, including sports massage, myofascial release, and both dynamic and static stretching.
His strong academic background and practical experience enable him to understand not only muscle relaxation, but also movement mechanics, recovery processes, and effective injury prevention strategies. This comprehensive knowledge allows him to deliver highly effective, evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual.
Every session Haotian provides is carefully designed around the client’s specific needs and goals.
