With over 10 years of hands-on experience in soft tissue therapy, I bring a calm, practical, and highly individual approach to every treatment. Clients often joke that I have “magic hands,” but the real superpower is experience, precision, and a deep understanding of how the body responds to skilled manual therapy.
Outside of the clinic, I unwind through running, including half marathons, travelling, and exploring food from different countries. I enjoy discovering new cultures through their cuisine, whether abroad or recreating flavours at home.
