Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients across diverse environments, from in home settings, clinical settings, corporate settings to major sporting events.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, self-employed Personal Trainer to join our team of health professionals. This role involves delivering a variety of high-quality fitness training services to clients, including one-on-one personal training, group sessions, and corporate wellness programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, skilled in designing personalised workout plans, and committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. This is a great opportunity for a driven trainer to grow their client base in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver customised fitness programs tailored to individual goals, fitness levels, and medical backgrounds.
  • Conduct initial fitness assessments and regularly track client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
  • Offer professional guidance and support on exercise technique, injury prevention, and nutrition basics.
  • Engage and motivate clients, fostering a positive and encouraging training atmosphere.
  • Keep accurate records of client sessions and progress, maintaining confidentiality.
  • Ensure all equipment and spaces used are clean, safe, and organized according to health and safety standards.

  • Professional indemnity insurance and up-to-date qualifications.
  • Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage and support clients.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently, with access to reliable transportation.
  • Experience in a corporate or wellness environment is beneficial but not essential.

Benefits:

  • Flexibility in managing your schedule and location.
  • Access to a network of clients through Livewell Health’s extensive partnerships.
  • Opportunities for professional development and training within the company.
  • Supportive team environment with administrative assistance available as needed.

Other Considerations:

To join our team, there are 3 Grade Levels, 1, 2 and 3. Grade 1 is a full time therapist available for more than 30 hours a week, a Grade 2 is someone who works only some hours such as evenings and weekends, and a Grade 3 is event and corporate clients only. Depending on your level, there are some initial costs involved:

Grade 1 - £350 per month service fee, this includes Calendar, Email, Workwear, Full Administrative support and as many clients as you can handle each week. There are no other costs or commissions to pay livewell.

Grade 2 - £120 Joining Fee for your Calendar, Email, Workwear and Onboarding. There is then a £30 a month service fee for your calendar and email and you will be required to pay commissions of between 20-30% on all bookings.

Grade 3 - £80 Joining Fee to cover the cost of your workwear and onboarding.
