About Us:
Livewell Health is the UK’s leading provider of health and wellbeing services, with a team of 100 professionals offering services to domestic and corporate clients and events nationwide. We specialise in high-quality soft tissue therapies, such as massage, physiotherapy, medical acupuncture, and more. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients across diverse environments, from in home settings, clinical settings, corporate settings to major sporting events.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team of professionals as a self employed individual. This role will involve delivering high quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment to a wide range of clients, including corporate clients, event participants and private patients. Treatments may include manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention strategies and recovery support where appropriate.

The ideal candidate should be confident in assessing musculoskeletal conditions, developing tailored rehabilitation plans and delivering evidence based treatment to help clients recover and perform at their best. A strong commitment to excellent patient care and professional standards is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, independent physiotherapist to expand their practice and work in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional physiotherapy assessment and treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Conduct detailed consultations, including clinical assessments and movement analysis, to determine appropriate treatment and rehabilitation strategies.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, where appropriate, to ensure clients receive well rounded and effective care.
Maintain accurate and up to date patient records, including treatment notes, rehabilitation plans and follow up recommendations.
Ensure all equipment and treatment spaces are clean, sanitised and organised in accordance with health and safety standards.
Manage your own schedule and bookings in line with agreed service standards.
Deliver exceptional patient care, creating a welcoming and professional environment that supports recovery and wellbeing.

Requirements:

Relevant qualifications in Physiotherapy, such as a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent recognised qualification.
Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Professional indemnity insurance and up to date CPD in line with professional standards.
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics and rehabilitation principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build patient trust and rapport.
Ability to work flexibly and independently, with access to reliable transportation.
Experience working in corporate, sporting or event environments is advantageous but not essential.

Benefits:

Flexibility in managing your schedule and location.
Access to a large network of clients through Livewell Health’s extensive partnerships across corporate environments, clinics and major events.
Opportunities for professional development and training within the company.
A supportive team environment with administrative assistance available where needed.

Other Considerations:

To join our team, there are three Grade Levels, 1, 2 and 3.

Grade 1 is a full time practitioner available for more than 30 hours per week.
Grade 2 is someone who works selected hours such as evenings and weekends.
Grade 3 is focused on event and corporate work only.

Depending on your level, there are some initial costs involved:

Grade 1 , £350 per month service fee. This includes calendar access, email, workwear, full administrative support and as many clients as you can manage each week. There are no other costs or commissions payable to Livewell.

Grade 2 , £120 joining fee for calendar setup, email, workwear and onboarding. There is then a £30 per month service fee for your calendar and email, and commissions of between 20 to 30 percent on all bookings.

Grade 3 , £80 joining fee to cover the cost of workwear and onboarding.

A detailed PDF explaining these options can be provided.
