Wellbeing at work talk
Workplace wellbeing has become an essential focus for modern organisations, with increasing levels of stress, sedentary behaviour and poor work-life balance impacting employee health and productivity. Long hours at a desk, repetitive tasks and high-pressure environments can contribute to musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, burnout and reduced mental resilience.
Our workplace wellbeing service with Gemma Cousins is designed to address these challenges proactively, supporting employees both physically and mentally. This involves confidence coaching and facillitation practice focused on building comfortable confidence. These talks help to support people in feeling steady internally so they can communicate, collaborate, and handle pressure more effectively at work and in everyday life. An embodied, inside-out approach is taken, working with both what is happening in the body and what is happening in individuals thought processes and communication, particularly in fast-paced or high-pressure environments.

- - Suitable for any type of setting, including early career and frontline staff

Menopause Awareness
Menopause is a part of life. 51% of the population will go through it, and 80% will experience symptoms with 44% have their ability to work affected, consequently, with 26% taking time off work . Many women find it overwhelming, struggling to understand what's going on emotionally and physically, and unsure of who to turn to. It can lead to loneliness and leave them feeling unmotivated and effect their mental and physical abilities in day to day life.
Our Menopause Awareness Talk is designed to educate, support and empower individuals experiencing the physical and emotional changes associated with menopause. Whether you are approaching menopause, currently experiencing symptoms, or supporting someone who is, this informative session provides clear, evidence-based guidance in a safe and understanding environment.
Delivered by experienced health and wellbeing professionals, the session explores the key stages of menopause, common symptoms such as fatigue, joint pain, hot flushes, sleep disturbances and anxiety/depression, and how these can impact daily life, work performance and overall wellbeing. We focus on practical strategies to help manage symptoms, including the role of exercise, nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress management and lifestyle adjustments providing support to women when they need it most.
Ideal for workplaces, community groups or private events, this session encourages open conversation and provides tools to help individuals to feel more confident, informed and in control of their health.
Menopause workshop for managers
Supporting employees through the menopause requires a thoughtful, informed approach built on sensitivity, understanding, and emotional intelligence. For managers, this means being able to have open, respectful conversations that acknowledge individual experiences while maintaining professionalism and trust. By increasing awareness and confidence in this area, organisations can create a more inclusive workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.
Our training helps managers develop the skills and knowledge needed to navigate menopause-related conversations appropriately. We cover how to approach sensitive discussions, understand the wide range of symptoms that may be experienced, and communicate support options clearly. The session also explores your organisation’s menopause policy, reasonable adjustments that can be made in the workplace, how to effectively signpost employees to further support, and the legal considerations surrounding menopause. This ensures managers are equipped to respond confidently, compassionately, and in line with best practice.
