Music. Energy. Long days. The pressure behind the scenes. Whether it’s a field full of festival fans, a concert hall brimming with applause, or a backstage crew packing up post-show — LiveWell’s on-site massage services bring calm, recovery and wellness to every event.

Our therapists are not only university qualified in Physiotherapy or Sports Therapy, but also trained for the fast-paced, high-pressure demands of festivals, concerts and backstage environments. Massage for Attendees: Relax, Recover & Recharge

Festivals and concerts can be exhausting for guests — long days standing, dancing, and walking between stages. Our team provides:

  • Quick recharge sessions (10–20 mins) to ease tired legs and backs.

  • Relaxation treatments to boost energy between sets.

  • Pop-up massage tents or mobile stations designed for high-footfall areas.

Offering massage at your event gives attendees something unique: relief, recovery and a memorable wellness experience.

Massage for Performers, Crew & Backstage Teams

Concerts and festivals demand as much from the people behind the stage as they do from the performers. Long rehearsals, heavy equipment shifts, standing under hot lights — backstage massage makes a real difference.

We provide:

  • Performers: warm-ups, cooldowns, pre-show/post-show muscle care.

  • Crew & Technicians: back, neck & shoulder relief after heavy equipment handling.

  • Sound, Lighting & Security Teams: fast, targeted treatment during breaks.

  • Stage Managers & Production Staff: private and discreet sessions that fit around show schedules.

We can set up backstage wellness zones or mobile treatment rooms. Everything is planned with you to ensure privacy, hygiene and seamless scheduling.

Festival Massage FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between festival, concert, and backstage massage?
All three are on-site services, but the setup and timing differ. Festival massage serves attendees and VIPs in public or semi-private areas. Concert massage focuses on performers and crew around show schedules. Backstage massage is private and rapid—ideal for warm-ups, cooldowns, and quick relief between sets.
How do you handle logistics for indoor concerts vs outdoor festivals?
For indoor concerts, we typically work in green rooms, dressing rooms, or dedicated wellness spaces with power and climate control. Outdoors, we bring gazebos, weather protection, flooring, and mobile equipment. We plan with organisers in advance to ensure privacy, access and smooth setup.
Who can be treated—performers, crew, security and attendees?
Yes. We tailor treatments for performers, crew/technicians, sound & lighting teams, security staff, production managers, and attendees/VIPs. Session length and technique are adapted to each group’s needs and the available time.
Can you support multi-day festivals and touring schedules?
Absolutely. We can staff single-day events, multi-day festivals, or touring schedules, providing consistent therapists across dates. Our systems ensure continuity, reporting, and the same high standards wherever you need us.
What equipment do you bring and what do you need from us?
We supply massage tables or chairs, fresh linens, consumables, and optional recovery equipment (such as compression boots or percussion devices). From you, we need a suitable space, access, parking details, and power supply if additional recovery equipment is used.
Are your therapists qualified and insured?
Yes. Our team includes degree-qualified Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists, as well as experienced massage professionals. All therapists are fully insured and trained to work in busy event environments.
Can you add recovery options like ice baths or compression boots?
Yes. We can integrate compression boot therapy, ice baths, hot steam saunas (venue permitting), percussion therapy, vibrating trigger tools, and stretch zones to create a complete recovery hub at your event.
How do we book and what information do you need?
Share your dates, location(s), audience type (performers/crew/attendees), estimated footfall, preferred session lengths, and venue specifics. We’ll create a tailored package with staffing, schedule, and pricing, then confirm with a simple booking agreement.
