Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Yoga Instructor to join our team of professionals as a self employed practitioner. This role will involve delivering engaging and professional yoga sessions designed to improve flexibility, strength, mobility and overall wellbeing. Sessions may range from small private classes through to larger group sessions within corporate environments, events and wellbeing programmes.

The ideal candidate will have strong teaching ability, excellent knowledge of yoga practice and a passion for helping individuals improve both their physical and mental wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and independent instructor to expand their practice while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional yoga sessions tailored to the needs and abilities of participants.
• Conduct brief consultations or introductions with participants to understand any injuries, limitations or health considerations.
• Adapt sessions to suit individuals and groups of varying experience levels.
• Collaborate with other health and wellbeing professionals where appropriate to support client wellbeing programmes.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment during all sessions, ensuring participants practice safely and effectively.
• Manage your own schedule and bookings in line with agreed service standards.
• Provide exceptional client care, fostering an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

Requirements:

• Relevant yoga teaching qualification such as a recognised Yoga Teacher Training certification, for example 200 hour or equivalent.
• Professional indemnity insurance and up to date qualifications in line with industry standards.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, movement and safe practice within yoga instruction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate participants.
• Ability to work flexibly and independently, with access to reliable transportation.
• Experience delivering sessions within corporate or event environments is advantageous but not essential.

Other Considerations:

To join our team, there are three Grade Levels, 1, 2 and 3.

Grade 1 is a full time practitioner available for more than 30 hours per week.
Grade 2 is someone who works selected hours such as evenings and weekends.
Grade 3 is focused on event and corporate clients only.

Depending on your level, there are some initial costs involved:

Grade 1 , £350 per month service fee. This includes calendar access, email, workwear, full administrative support and as many clients as you can handle each week. There are no other costs or commissions payable to Livewell.

Grade 2 , £120 joining fee for your calendar, email, workwear and onboarding. There is then a £30 per month service fee for your calendar and email and you will be required to pay commissions of between 20 to 30 percent on all bookings.

Grade 3 , £80 joining fee to cover the cost of your workwear and onboarding.
