Grade 1 Practitioner Opportunities
Build Your Practice with Livewell
Grade 1 is our premium practitioner model, designed for professionals who want to make Livewell a major part of their business or primary income stream.
This option offers the strongest long-term earning potential within our subcontractor structure and is ideal for practitioners who are serious about growing a client base under the Livewell brand.
As a Grade 1 practitioner, you will receive priority access to bookings, repeat client opportunities, administrative support, systems access, discounted education and the ability to work across domestic, corporate and event settings.
How The Grade 1 Model Works
Grade 1 practitioners operate on a self-employed subcontractor basis.
This gives you flexibility and autonomy while allowing you to benefit from the scale, infrastructure, marketing reach and operational support of an established national business.
As part of Grade 1, Livewell sources and provides client opportunities, manages administration, supports bookings and helps you build a long-term client base.
Who Is Grade 1 For?
Grade 1 is ideal for:
Practitioners, whether new to the industry or experienced, who want to obtain regular clients and have availability through the week for this. A Grade 1 therapist have full control over their diaries, but we would expect them to want to work at least 3-5 full days. This individual will be ambitious, hard working, flexible and willing to go that extra mile for their clients. We expect within 12 months this practitioner to have a full diary of clients both new and regulars. They may also look to Livewell as their only source of income however this is not always the case.
Earnings & Costs
Monthly Service Fee: £350 per month
This includes:
- Livewell Calendar (Google)
- Google Workspace Account
- Access to Livewell CRM System
- Access to Livewell RehabGuru Account
- Inclusion in the Livewell Booking System
- Company "@livewellhealth.co.uk" email
- Administrative support
- Client booking infrastructure
- Documentation support / Consultation Forms etc
- Priority work allocation
- Discounted education (50% off courses)
- Discounted accounting support (50% off services)
Pay Structure
New Appointments: £30 per hour (£35 for seniors)
Repeat appointments: You retain the full appointment value for repeat clients.
Important:
For repeat bookings made through the Livewell online booking system, a £10 booking / administration fee will be retained by Livewell to cover transaction and operational costs.
Corporate / events: Up to £30 per hour
Travel Expectations
Grade 1 practitioners are expected to be willing to travel up to 25 miles from their home or clinic postcode for mobile appointments.
If you are happy to travel further, this can be set within our booking/crm systems.
For travel beyond 25 miles, mileage is paid at:
45p per mile
This additional charge is passed directly to the practitioner.
In some exceptional circumstances, we may discuss flexibility for bookings just outside standard parameters.
Additional Considerations
Already have your own clinic?
That's fine. If you already operate your own treatment room or clinic, we can include this to, alongside your mobile work. If however you only work out of the clinic, that is also fine. You can do both or just one.
Expanding into new areas:
If Livewell is not currently active in your area, we are still happy to hear from you.
Where there is commercial opportunity and the right practitioner fit, we are open to expanding into new regions and investing heavily to make that location work.
