Michael Brown-Fraser

Originally from South East London, I relocated to the North West in 2004, working across private clinical settings, corporate environment and elite sports. I'm a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, offering customer focussed, innovative solutions through effective Olympic Lifting techniques, helping to improve posture, range of motion, flexibility, mobility, functionality and quality of movement patterns. These skills and acquired knowledge helps individuals reduce the threat or recurrence of injury as well as improving performance levels.

My passion and enthusiasm for Sports Therapy, Deep Tissue and Soft Tissue Massage have enabled me to work alongside Paralympic Athletes in the fields of Athletics and Swimming in the lead up to Beijing (2008), London (2012) and (Rio 2016) Paralympic Games.

I've previously worked as the lead soft tissue therapist for the formerly known professional British Basketball League team "Manchester Giants" now rebranded as the Super Basketball League "Team Manchester”. For nearly a decade, I have worked extensively with the GB Taekwondo and ParaTaekwondo squads since 2016, helping the squad compete at various Grand Prix’s, European and World Championships through to, Olympic and Paralympic Games, (Rio 2016, Tokyo 2021 and Paris 2024). I've worked alongside renowned UEFA qualified Football Association coach Wayne Richardson of "Richardson Sport", providing injury rehabilitation and preventative soft tissue solutions to a variety of footballers; from grassroots levels through to elite Women’s Super League (WSL), non-League, League, Championship through to Premiership players.
