Being a lorry driver I started to suffer from a severe neck/back pain. A huge knot behind my shoulder blade, being there for 6 months maybe more on and off. I went to one or two massage therapists, it did not do the trick. I found Live Well and went with Steve. Went with a Deep Tissue Massage. After expressing my issue, his explanation to the deep tissue totally reduced my pain. Advising another may be needed. Couldn’t have been happier with the result. I have been using Livewell Health for nearly 2 years for massages after various spinal operations. Some for healing injury, some for general healthy living. Diane, the lady who answers the phone, is always couteous and points me in the right direction. My most recent appt was with Natalia, who was professional and friendly. Most importantly, she understood which methods to use with my sciatica issue. She was very knowledgeable and was happy to go above and beyond by sending me exercises I could do at home (all in her owm time after my hour was up). All in all the business as a whole to me is faultless and I would highly recommend to anyone, even more so for injuries as I know it can be daunting using a new therapist if you are in pain. Thumbs up, 5 STARS.
