Health and Well-Being Day at Lord’s: A Refreshing Break for ECB Staff

Katie and Hayden recently attended a corporate event at Lord’s Cricket Ground, organised as part of the England and Wales Cricket Board’s (ECB) initiative to support the health and well-being of their staff. The iconic venue, typically buzzing with the excitement of cricket matches, transformed into a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation for a day dedicated to employee wellness where our team provided on site chair massage as well as couch massage.

Upon arrival, Katie and Hayden meticulously set up their equipment, which included two massage chairs and a massage table, offering staff members the flexibility to choose their preferred mode of treatment. This thoughtful setup ensured that everyone could find a comfortable and personalised way to unwind.

Throughout the day, Katie and Hayden had the pleasure of meeting and treating numerous ECB employees, each from diverse job roles within the organisation. The event was organised by the owners of the business park as a gesture of appreciation for their employees’ hard work over the past few years.

Hollie set up in an office within the park and offered 15-minute massages focused primarily on the upper back and neck areas. These sessions were designed to alleviate stress and tension, helping the staff unwind and recharge.
